24個月星級保障

由2024年8月1日起，凡購買任何Marshall產品（喇叭及耳機），保養期均由原先的1年延長至2年，而不需要額外登記，憑授權商戶所發出的購買單據及單據上的日期，即可享受此服務，為客戶提供長達24個月優質有保證的售後服務。

 Marshall 包裝盒上貼有1年或1年+6個月保養, 若單據購買於2024年8月1日後, 都可自動享有2年保養。

24 Months Warranty

Starting August 1, 2024, any purchase of Marshall products (speakers and headphones) will come with an extended warranty from the original 1 year to 2 years, without the need for additional registration. Customers can enjoy this service by presenting the purchasing receipt issued by an authorized dealer along with the date on the receipt, providing customers with up to 24 months of high-quality, guaranteed after-sales service.

Marshall packaging boxes are labeled with a 1-year or 1-year + 6 months warranty. If the purchase receipt is dated August 1, 2024, or later, the product will automatically be covered by a 2-year warranty.

  1. The 2-Year Product Warranty is applicable for Marshall Homeline, Portable Speakers and Earphones product. 兩年產品保養適用於 Marshall 品牌的家用音響系列 ,便攜音響系列及耳機系列。

 

  1. Products are purchased after 1st August 2024 & through Street Value Authorized Dealers. 產品於 2024 年 8 月 1 日後購買, 並於 Street Value 授權經銷商處購買, 詳見列表。

 

  1. Customer would need to provide a valid purchase invoice as supporting document 客戶需要提供有效的購買發票作為證明文件。

  3. In case of any dispute, Street Value reserved the rights for final decision. 若有任何爭議, Street Value 保留最終決定權。
