Street Value Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"), the exclusive sole distributor of the Marshall brand in Hong Kong and Macau, hereby issues a solemn statement: Recently, there has been a proliferation of unauthorized parallel-imported electrical products on the market. These products not only fail to meet the requirements of the Electrical Products (Safety) Regulation but may also pose serious safety risks. The Company has received numerous consumer inquiries and complaints regarding financial losses incurred from purchasing such products.

 According to the Hong Kong Electrical Products (Safety) Regulation, all household electrical products must comply with "Basic Safety Specifications" before they can be marketed, to ensure consumer safety during use. The Regulation also requires suppliers to obtain a "Certificate of Compliance with Safety Specifications" before products are introduced to the market, demonstrating that the products meet necessary safety standards.

 Furthermore, such non-compliant products may present unknown risks in terms of quality, performance, and safety. Consumers using these products may encounter issues such as product malfunctions and electrical hazards. The Company specifically advises consumers that using parallel-imported electrical products not meet regulations could lead to severe consequences, including potential safety risks. If accidents occur due to the use of such products, consumers may not be eligible for insurance compensation and could face legal liabilities. Therefore, consumers are strongly urged to exercise caution to avoid unnecessary losses and risks.

佳品集團有限公司（以下簡稱「本公司」）作為Marshall品牌在香港及澳門地區的獨家總代理，特此嚴正聲明：鑒於近期市場上出現了大量未經認證的平行進口電器產品（俗稱「水貨」），這些產品不僅未能符合《電氣產品（安全）規例》的要求，還可能存在嚴重的安全隱患。本公司已接獲多宗消費者的查詢及投訴，指出因購買此類產品而蒙受經濟損失。

 

根據香港《電氣產品（安全）規例》，所有家庭電器產品在上市前均需符合「基本安全規格」，以確保消費者在使用過程中的安全。該規例還明確要求，供應商必須在產品投放市場前取得「符合安全規格證明書」，以證明產品達到必要的安全標準。

 

為了切實保障本地消費者的權益，本公司鄭重聲明，對於任何不符合上述安全規格的Marshall平行進口產品，本公司將不提供原廠保固、維修服務或零件供應。

此外，這類不合規產品在品質、性能及安全性上可能存在未知風險，消費者在使用過程中可能面臨產品故障、電氣危險等多種問題。本公司特別提醒廣大消費者，使用不符合規定的平行進口電器產品可能帶來多重嚴重後果，包括潛在的安全風險。若因使用此類產品引發事故，消費者可能無法獲得保險賠償，還可能面臨法律責任。因此，請消費者務必謹慎選擇，以避免不必要的損失和風險。
